  • Waste Management (trash) is paid through Annual HOA dues.  Trash pickup runs every Thursday.  Only the provided Waste Management can will be serviced on THURSDAYS, except on Bulk Trash pickup day.  Bulk trash pickup is the LAST THURSDAY of each month.  A 2nd Waste Management trash can can be obtained through the Association.  The current cost for an additional can is set at $11.48 per month, collected in advance.  For more information, contact Management.  Please refer to their website for further information on garbage collection.  Holiday pick up schedules are typically posted a few days prior to the Holiday.  409.842.2920 or 800.800.5804
